On Saturday 16th November, ARC hosted our fourth annual Awards Evening. More than 140 members and their families joined us for the event, celebrating a year of incredible achievements across racquet sports and fitness.
More than 200 trophies, medals, certificates and Chocolate Oranges were presented, showcasing the successes of members of all ages. The evening came to a close with our Special Recognition Awards, including our most improved players for Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Racketball, Table Tennis, and Fitness.
We were delighted to recognise Chibuzor Akas as the Most Improved Adult with a Disability, and Northam Care Trust as our Community Partner of the Year. Ladies Tennis E were named Team of the Year in a very competitive field.
We were also thrilled to recognise ARC team members Lydia Underwood as Staff Member of the Year, and Tish Shere as Volunteer of the Year.
Congratulations to all! Scroll to the end of the page to see photos from the evening!
